Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Duties:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions

- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping

- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns

- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for employee engagement and retention

- Maintain HRIS system (ADP) to ensure accurate employee data and generate reports as needed

- Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and industry trends

Requirements:

- Bachelors of Science degree in human resources or related field; or five years of experience working at a professional level in the human resources field. A Professional Certification in Human Resource Management is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws, including FMLA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations

- Experience with human capital management systems (ADP)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Data analysis skills to inform decision-making processes

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $77,662.00 - $92,732.00 per year
