Collections Representative

Job Description

• On the phones (heavy outbound calling)

• B2B Collections

• Leasing experience

• Not looking for third party experience

• Heavy interaction with customers - strong customer service skills is a must

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Strong excel and word experience

• Accounting and cash application experience

• Degree preferred in Finance or Business

This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Tuesday and Wednesday with an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
