Local established Residential Property Management team is looking for a new Customer Service Technician for our customer care package servicing. The Customer Service Technician will be required to perform a wide range of repair tasks including testing, identifying, and addressing potential maintenance issues. Tasks will range from testing lite bulbs and changing out A.C. filters, Installing blinds and ceiling fans, and repairing broken and leaking plumbing.

Technicians must have sufficient communication skills, well-maintained attire, and must have a vehicle to travel between properties. Basic tools are required to be owned and used for work and technicians will be provided additional equipment to complete assigned tasks. Ability to work in property management maintenance operations application and/or willingness to learn additional skills in maintenance app to order supplies, notify residents of scheduling maintenance and close out work orders with the assistance of the operations team. Compensation is $25-$30(DOE) per hour along with a fuel stipend, PTO, monthly bonus incentives and holiday pay.
