Quality Control Inspector

This position ensures our product meets the Customer requirements defined by drawings, inspection lists and visual specifications. This position requires strong analytic ability, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

CMM operation

CMM programming

Perform dimensional inspections on machined components

Perform dimensional inspections on sheet metal components

Interpret Customer specifications

Maintain accurate acceptance and rejection records

Participate in the corrective/preventive action program

Ability to read and understand product specifications on prints

3 years CMM operation and programming experience

Experience using calipers, micrometers and height gauges

Effective interpersonal communication skills

Experience with Excel
