Job Description
Role Summary:
• Responsible for overseeing complete Learning and development requirements of the all the teams assigned through the employee life cycle
• Client Management and stakeholder management
• Get certified from Cognizant academy and deliver various domain/functional/behavioral trainings as required
• Manage knowledge transition for new clients and processes with highest efficiency and delivery
Skills Required:
· Graduate/Postgraduate with specialization in HR
7- 8+ years of experience in training management role in BPO with exposure to multiple client geographies
Domain understanding of end-to-end human resource operations – recruitment, hiring, onboarding, talent acquisition, talent development, employee services, compensation etc.,
· Intermediate excel skills to work on various reports
· PowerPoint, public speaking and presentation skills is a must
· Should have managed a team of minimum 3
· Any additional knowledge on learning tools is an advantage
· Willing to work in a shift-based work schedule
· Willing to travel to different locations across India as required
Training & Development tasks:
• Govern the effective functioning of overall Learning and development function
• Ensure training need analysis is conducted timely by the business training leads and training is in line with findings
• Track Training Surveys to understand feedback provided to trainers
• Identify and recommend modifications or additions in content to facilitate the learning needs of the new hires as well as tenured agents.
• Conceptualize training interventions as per the learning gaps identified
• Guide trainers in conducting focus group with Operations team, identify training actions from FMEAs and RCA’s and conduct necessary trainings
• Analyze process knowledge test outcomes and focus on low scoring areas
• Overall governance and monitoring of New Hire training and planning
• Discussions with New hires on any behavioral issues before handing it over to HR
• Ensure desired Training Throughput
• Efficiency Improvement & Calibration are maintained as per agreed SLA
• Streamline execution of training - ensure resources such as logistics, trainer, rooms are arranged by team
• Maintain timely completion of interventions requested by the operations teams
• Email audits and call audits as required
• Provide necessary direction and guidance to the process trainers across deliverables
• Review performance and conduct performance discussions
• Define trainer deliverables and conduct one-on-one discussions
• Ensure all team trackers are maintained accurately and are up-to-date
• Audit trainer delivery through monthly Trainer Observations & share feedback
• Maintain all the end to end training data with artefacts for training records
• Attend team meetings and client meetings and circulate MOMs
• Attend all relevant client meetings and act as the primary point of contact for the client for learning and development deliverables
• Liaise with the client to understand requirements, transfer these into actionables for the team and deliver the expected output
• Ensure all client tasks as delivered based on commitments made
• Create and present Training slides as part of business reviews
• Arrange and oversee client shadows as necessary
