Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Delivery Leader !

In this role, the candidate should be responsible for delivery, solutions and capability build. This includes defining the strategy, GTM, solutions, collaboration with practice and operate teams to build synergistic solutions, capability build and global delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the banking and capital markets sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and technology needs, and positioning the company as a trusted partner and advisor.

• Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform product development, go-to-market strategies, and sales tactics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and delivery, to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.

• Lead the development and delivery of innovative technology solutions and services tailored to the specific requirements of banking and capital markets clients.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices relevant to banking and capital markets technology solutions and services.

• Represent the company in industry forums, professional associations, and client meetings, demonstrating expertise and advocating for the company's value proposition.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

• Extensive experience in years working in the banking and capital markets industry, with a focus on technology solutions and services.

• Proven track record of success in business development, or account management roles within the financial services sector.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Deep understanding of banking and capital markets operations, including front-office, middle-office, and back-office functions, as well as regulatory requirements and market trends.

• Strong knowledge of IT solutions and services relevant to banking and capital markets, such as core banking systems, trading platforms, risk management software, and digital banking solutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable plans and initiatives.

• Results-oriented leader with a passion for driving growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional value to clients.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks and challenge the status quo to achieve ambitious goals.
