Role Description

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX and Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to enhance the visual appeal and user experience of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually stunning designs.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives

Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly

Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas

Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs

Create graphic elements such as icons, illustrations, and infographics to enhance visual storytelling

Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and graphic design work

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices is a plus

Salary:

CTC: INR 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 per annum
