Service Technician

As a pivotal member of our team, your role will be instrumental in the ongoing service and installation of automatic fire detection and suppression systems(AFDSS) on Electric trucks and Mining equipment, Port equipment Like Reach stackers, Forklifts, and RTGs, Construction equipment like Excavators, Loaders, dump trucks, etc., preferably with experience in Ansul, FOGMAKER, and Dafo fire suppression systems.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Carry out installations on Trucks, construction equipment, mining equipment

Carry out annual checks on AFDSS systems at the customer's premises according to instructions

Carry out service on systems at the customer's premises according to instructions

Increasing customer contacts via visits or phone

Participate in the planning for the department business meetings

Provide suggestions for improvement

Be responsible for ensuring that warehouse and service equipment are in good condition

Orders for warehouse

Other responsibilities and powers:

Assess installations and document them according to specified requirements

Assess the status of installed systems in vehicles/equipment

Implement planned or emergency measures on installed systems

Responsible for customer communication in the field for technical support

Make emergency decisions about replanning and notify the Service Manager

Product safety: Service/installations are carried out according to the service/installation manual

Customer requirements: Report errors according to the deviation routine.

Qualifications

ITI fitter/ plumber / Diesel Mechanic

well version with fire safety, installations of AFDSS and working knowledge

Willing to travel across India and also, in case of emergency, 24/7 support
