Product Owner - IAM

E2E responsibility for LIAM (Local Identity and Access Management), representing the product towards internal and external stakeholders often on Senior/OE Executive level.

Overall leadership of the LIAM team within the Allianz Technology organization.

Accountable for the LIAM vision, mission and responsible for communication and alignment

Accountable for LIAM technical set-up and processes, ensuring service stability and security.

Responsible for LIAM service strategy, roadmap, design, and delivery, aligning product development and operating model with a large number of OE stakeholders.

Responsible for LIAM demand and supply strategy as well as ‘Pitching’ the service to OEs, identifying and clarifying potential demand.

Defining and aligning convergence plans together with OEs to integrate local services into the global solution.

Enthusiastic about Agility in Business and IT and the cultivation of an Agile “You Build it – You Run it” LIAM team / DevOps model.

Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog.

Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams.

Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy.

Experience:

8+ years’ experience in Product Development with at least 3 years as Product owner preferably in IAM domain.
