React Native Lead

Responsibilities:

Design and oversee the development of advanced applications for the Android/iOS platform using React Native.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and functionalities.

Write and maintain React Native components, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Develop and maintain React Native libraries for reuse across projects.

Ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards for Android and iOS platforms.

Manage the deployment process for applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including developer and enterprise certifications.

Implement DevOps practices to automate build, deployment, and testing processes.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in Digital/Mobile, such as Cloud, Security, and DevOps, and integrate them into the development process where applicable.

Requirements:

Min 5 years of experience in React Native development.

Strong understanding of native Android and iOS development concepts and architectures.

Proficiency in writing native Android and iOS components using React Native.

Experience in unit testing libraries such as Jest, Detox, etc.

Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code.

Familiarity with the deployment processes for applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach team members.
