Implement sales strategy effectively and able to manage customer expectations from a long-term perspective

Good communication internally for aligning sales strategy, product availability, and sales process.

Able to own and analyze assigned new business segments and opportunities independently

To coordinate with the technical service team on new product development, application development etc.,

Manage assigned customers for fumed silica in Pharmaceuticals, coatings, inks, adhesives, batteries, UPR, paints and other industrial segments.

Good in dealer management and should have handled minimum 3 to 4 dealers.

Good understanding on technical aspects of products while selling.

Owns the customer interface with assigned customer portfolio as well as new customers within the value chain.

Achieve/exceed sales objectives of volume, revenue & profit through value added selling.

Develop and maintain strategy for key accounts, through deep understanding of customer value chain and their long-term development plan and competence.

Understands the fumed silica value chain and communicates timely feedback to the commercial leadership team about competition and market price update, industry segment trends etc.

Successfully negotiate, implement and secure current and new business opportunities.

Forecast accurate sales volume and revenues and meet/exceed the annual operating plan targets.

Build and maintain key customer relationships at various management levels and throughout new and existing customer organizations.

Understand and analyze the competitor activity in the region. Keep inform the management on the same.

Minimum 3 to 5 Years of Chemical Sales Experience
