Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate at Suraj Estate Developers Limited. As an Advocate, you will be responsible for handling legal matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal opinions and advice, representing the company in court proceedings, and managing legal compliance. You will work closely with the legal team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and legal compliance. This role is located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of property laws and real estate regulations

Experience in handling legal matters, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent

Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Strong knowledge of RERA

Ability to handle property related legal matters, strong drafting skills

Ability to handle litigations & non litigation matters

Well versed with amendment of property laws
