Project Planner

Role :

Working with the execution team in project planning, monitoring, and control aspects.

and enabling the team to prepare a realistic execution plan at a micro level complying with KIP standards, tracking progress against the plan, setting up necessary trackers for data collection, reporting plan vs. actual data with delay analysis, highlighting the deviations in plan/manpower to the site team, working out a catch-up plan, identifying constraints, and arriving at an action plan along with the project manager.

proper coordination among the site team and sub-vendors for ensuring continuous implementation of KIP’s project planning, monitoring, and control system at the site, setting up a process/tracking system for material requests, mobilization of labor, machinery, and tracking.

implementation of the planning process at the site and archiving all progress information, reports,, and documents.

Competency required :

of 10 years of experience in site project planning in civil, interior, and MEP works.

Experience in MS Project / Primavera. Awareness of schedule cost loading.

literature and experience in Microsoft Office applications.

knowledge of work sequencing, and knowledge of civil, interior, and MEP works. Site experience is an added advantage.

Presentation and communication skills. Should be able to coordinate better with the team.

experienced in Lean construction. Knowledge of an earned value-based project monitoring system.

in industrial engineering, six-sigma, 5S.

Qualification :

B.E. or B. Tech in Civil Engineering, M.Tech/PG Diploma in Construction Management.

Certification in Planning and Scheduling (PMP)

Certification in Lean construction (Preferred)
