Key requirements

Strong knowledge of ESG issues relevant to the real estate industry, including decarbonization, waste management, green building standards and sustainable construction materials

Deep understanding of ESG reporting and rating frameworks such as GRI, DJSI, GRESB, SASB, TCFD, CDP, UNGC and MSCI

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders

Who are we looking for?

Education:

MBA from premium institute

Experience:

Experience in supply chain sustainability, including sustainable sourcing, supplier engagement and capacity building initiatives.

Good research & analytical skills.
