About Job:

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager with excellent organizational and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting, coupled with a strong background in taxation, procurement, vendor management, and team management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the company’s financial performance

Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with management to develop accurate and achievable budgets and forecasts

Financial Accounting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies

Taxation & Legal Compliance: Compliance with all taxation & other application laws & regulations. Periodic review & submissions of tax returns & making tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax position

Procurement and Vendor Management: Identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services

Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments

Cashflow Management: Forecast cash flow needs, monitor cash inflows and outflows, and implement strategies to optimize cash resources

External Stakeholders Management: Coordinate with Auditors, Government authorities, outsourced consultants, and other stakeholders

Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries to employees

Requirements:

1-3 years of proven working experience as a Financial operations (CA Mandatory)

Relevant industry experience is an added advantage for selection

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Financial Software applications including Tally and Zoho books

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in accounting, financial analysis, taxation, procurement, and vendor management

Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
