Job Tittle : Manager/ Senior Manager Global Indirect Taxation (GEOs)

Job Location : Noida

Qualification : Chartered Accountant [ Must]

Experience : Min. 5+ Years

Required Key skills : Sales and USE Tax, VAT, Service Tax [ US/APAC/EMEA], Tax Compliance, Tax Advisory, Tax Audit

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

and monitoring a team of 5~6 people for:

100% compliance with Indirect Tax Laws in foreign jurisdictions (around 50 countries).

tax assessment/Audits/ Litigation management.

as advisors to internal teams (Controllers, Business, Management) including advice on contract & billing structuring, M&A, due diligence, e-invoicing, input credit etc.

towards optimization of the Indirect tax costs in various Geographies.

of compliance functions (including through use of Gen AI)

and Coaching Junior members of the team to keep them motivated and improve their skillset.

person would be required:

gain a complete understanding of Indirect tax in various foreign jurisdictions.

able to converse with local consultants/ lawyers/ statutory auditors and local tax office.

have a good technical and workflow knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

a good team player and corroborator with both external and internal teams.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Peers in Controllers, F&A, MIS, AP, AR etc.

Tax Lawyers, consultants and tax offices in various countries.

Qualification : Chartered Accountant [ Must ]
