Exports Marketing Coordinator

Candidate with Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology and he / she will responsible for Sales & Marketing coordination for exports division.

Responsible for sending Introductory letters and samples to new customers and keep a follow up

with Production for the analysis report.

Assisting Sales and Marketing activities of Exports Division.

Maintain proper record of Customer sample analysis card and samples sent to customers

Assist in data compilation for samples, sales analysis & MIS reports.

Enter details in the exports enquiry register to give quotations in ERP

Dispatch advise to enter in ERP and coordinate with logistics dept

Tracking of Daily Sales order punching in ERP for Industrial & Filters

Closing of completed/shipped sales order in ERP

To maintain proper record of all complaints in ISO format and send to plant and get reply from QA/QC dept to close the complaint with customers

Daily and weekly MIS reports of orders & samples

Daily follow up with logistics dept for shipments

To send shipment details, scan documents by email, courier details of original documents

To do any other activities as assigned from time to time in the interest of the organization
