Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Your creativity and innovative thinking will play a key role in enhancing our brand’s visibility, engagement, and growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content, manage our online presence, and deliver outstanding digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:

Design and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals.

Create and manage engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and websites.

Utilize SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and organic search rankings.

Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.

Manage and optimize website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.

Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.

Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.

Track SEO performance and generate reports.

Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.

Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to implement SEO strategies.

Monitor website traffic, rankings, and user engagement metrics.

Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.

Utilize SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.

Content Creation and Management:

Produce high-quality, creative content that resonates with our target audience.

Oversee the design and delivery of email marketing campaigns.

Manage and update the company’s website and ensure it is optimized for search engines.

Social Media Management:

Develop a robust social media strategy to increase followers and engagement.

Monitor, respond to, and engage with users on social media platforms.

Track social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Analytics and Reporting:

Use web analytics tools to monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.

Utilize data to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies.

Collaboration and Innovation:

Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and apply them to our strategies.

Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and channels.

Experience with SEO/SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems.

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
