Job description:

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Investment Analyst to join our team in India. As a Senior Investment Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and assessing investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and managing the due diligence process.

Key responsibilities:

Project evaluation and risk assessment.

Financial modelling and financial analysis.

Assess project viability feasibility, cash flow analysis, commercial analysis, and due diligence.

Preparing information memorandums, term sheets & investor's presentations.

Organizing and managing data room and managing due diligence.

Managing negotiation and closure.

Analyzing investment opportunities and preparing the offer /proposal for investment / acquisition.

Work closely with the energy sales team, provide analytical and commercial assistance in closing PPAs.

Working on business model for new technologies / businesses.

Keping a good understanding of project parameters and tracking their progress.

Maintaining a detailed understanding of risk & and return metrics and guiding teams in optimizing them.

Qualifications:

Experience in any of the reputed Project Development/IPP firm, Investment Banking / Transaction Advisory in power segment would be relevant.

Deep Analytical skills. Good understanding of key project parameters and ability to evaluate its feasibility.

Effective Communication Skills – written and verbal.

Experience of working on solar and wind transaction/project is a must.

Understanding of Storage (Battery or Pumped) / Hydro / Green Hydrogen is a plus.
