Fashion Designer

We are seeking a creative and innovative Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating designs for women Western & Indo-Western wear, ensuring that they align with current fashion trends, brand identity, and target market preferences. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for fashion, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into unique and marketable designs.

Responsibilities:

Researching current fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques.

Collaborating with the design team to develop seasonal collections.

Selecting appropriate fabrics, colors, and patterns for each design.

Overseeing the design process from initial concept to final product.

Conducting fittings and making necessary adjustments to prototypes.

Communicating with mastern and embroiders and managing production to ensure quality and timely deliveries.

Staying informed about industry developments and emerging trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

Proven 3 yrs experience as a Fashion Designer or a similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing original design work and creative abilities.

Knowledge of garment construction techniques and fabric properties.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Basic English spoken communication skill.

Attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.

Plus points to know graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

First peference kolkata based.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with garment design, embroidery design and pattern design.
