Job Responsibilities
• Lead the HR Dept. & act as an internal consultant in all matters related to Human Resources
• Be responsible for all HR-related compliance matters in India
• Provide HR support to in the areas of Talent Acquisition, compensation & benefits, Employee Engagement, HR operations and learning & development
• Develop, revise & implement relevant HR policies & programs to support business efficiency
• Develop and manage relationship with department managers to ensure effective delivery of HR services
• Lead the implementation of HR initiatives and projects assigned by HQ at local level
• Support in other ad-hoc duties
Supervisory Responsibility - This position requires planning, assignment & supervision of team members in Talent Acquisition, Payroll & other HR functions
Qualifications and background
• MBA or equivalent degree
• Minimum 10 years of HR Generalist experience with at least 2 years of managerial experience
• Well versed in labor law with strong HR knowledge
• A team player who looks to take up a leadership role
• Highly motivated and self-driven with initiative to work without supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
