What will you do?

Supporting Commercial teams with all the technical input for new business development and existing business retention

Supporting Commercial teams with value proposal building and technical negotiations

Working with Commercial teams on working on VA/VE projects for customers

Case studies preparation w.r.t. product performance, process improvement as done at customer end

Conducting Trainings and Seminars at Customer end ranging from top management, mid-level managers to shop floor associates.

Conducting regular Trainings for internal commercial team, frontline staff

Support Commercial team both Direct & Indirect with on-ground trouble-shooting

Co-ordination with R&D and Fluid Analysis team for routine & non-routine sample testing

Co-ordinate with global PAMs as and when required.

Flexible for traveling across region/regions.

What are we looking for?

• B.E. – Mechanical/Chemical/Maintenance

• 10+ yrs of Industry Experience

• Sales experiece preferred

• Preferrable from cutting tools/lubricant industry
