Job Summary:

ME should be the front-liner handling end-to-end data migration for clients from other billing systems. Solely responsible for the integration of the client’s application with Chargebee and make sure the data migration is handled in accordance with their integration requirements.

Responsibilities:-

Engage with customers for migration-related instructions/clarifications, primarily via email and phone Execute data migrations

Analyze and develop standards and processes

Work with Engineering on migration tool requirements/improvements

Understand payment gateway and card vault technologies

Do fit-gap analysis between the 2 different source systems and come up with field mapping

Data conversion, transformation and manipulations using excel / Python scripts / Talend ETL knowledge

Participate in Data Solution for scale and enterprise customer

Proactively identify scenarios for automation for data migration and automate using data tools and ETL

Post-migration follow-ups and data cleanups

Perform data migration audits

Migration insights and reporting

Must have:-

Ability to work independently Excellent written and oral communication skills Exposure to tools like MS Excel / Google Spreadsheets / Talend ETL knowledge is a plus
