We are looking at hiring a dynamic individual to be a part of our sales team in West. Our clients in the region include leading brands like Netflix, HDFC Bank, Mercedes, Asian Paints, Amazon Prime Video, Henkel, Spotify, Volkswagen and Mahindra Auto amongst others.

The candidate would be responsible for servicing existing business as well as developing new clients for OneNative’s suite of advertising solutions.

Skills & Experience That We Are Looking For:

This is a mid level role. We are looking for someone who can understand the requirements of the client, work on customized media plans by adding a mix of offerings relevant to the requirement shared & lead the pitch. Exposure to both agency sales and brands is a must.

The candidate needs to be comfortable in opening & leading discussions with clients by understanding the requirements and proposing the right solutions (ability to listen & understand) with complete ownership of planning, strategizing & execution.

Understanding of the digital media eco system, especially native ads, branded content & high impact inventory is a must.

The candidate needs to be a self-starter and will need to leverage their existing relationships to drive new business as well as service existing clients.

Ability to accurately forecast business & deliver the projected revenue on a sustained basis is a must.

While there are many ‘sales personnel’ out there, we are looking for a ‘relationships person’ who has the ability to connect with clients as well as colleagues and drive lasting relationships based on trust.

Experience: Minimum 5 years (3 years in a digital media space. Experience in selling native ads / content solutions will be a plus)
