Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
●Conduct trials against competition, record outcomes & demonstrate value benefits to win business
●Work on defined projects, submit daily & weekly reports against targets.
●Demonstrate consistent progress & ensure increasing development pipeline
●Be accountable for managing market share in defined territory
●Track secondary sales for continuity of business developed
●Understanding Customer Processes, Needs, Provide Solutions across multiple industry segments
●Ensure higher coordination with reporting manager & be obsessed in sales growth
●Work on Market mapping, identifying new customers, new application & new businesses
Qualifications
●B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
●2+ years of experience in Industrial Sales
●Strong knowledge of Industrial products sales
●Experience with technical sales of Cutting tools, Abrasives, or similar products
●Strong communication and interpersonal skills
