Position: Business Development Manager

Position Brief:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Sales Tele calling Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with retail investors in the fintech and insurance industries through telecalling efforts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of CRM systems, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to retail investors within the fintech and insurance sectors to promote our products and services.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.

• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software proficiently to manage leads, track interactions, and update client information.

• Understand the features and benefits of our offerings to effectively convey value propositions to prospective clients.

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities based on client needs and preferences.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities and achieving targets.

• Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives on a consistent basis.

• Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

• Uphold the company's values and standards of professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in tele calling, tele sales, or a related field, preferably in the fintech or insurance industries.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients effectively.

• Proficiency in using CRM software for telecalling and lead management.

• Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field (preferred).

• Familiarity with fintech and insurance products and services is a plus.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
