Carr Real Estate Services provides full service tenant representation and a project management team to make sure we get you everything from the perfect location to a workspace design that fits your company culture.

Job Description

Duties:

Leverage in house tools and market knowledge to source new tenant representation opportunities.

Prospect to generate new business meetings via phone canvassaing and network leveraging.

Focus on expanding leasing pipeline and opportunities within our service delivery line.

Conduct outbound networking and business development activities in support of all WorkReady initiatives.

Develop new strategic opportunities to expand the WorkReady brand with existing customer relationships (Carr Workplaces and PON clients).

Build up pipeline and strategic relationships with coworking providers in the markets in which we operate.

Update the WorkReady website to reflect market availability.

Assist Director of Leasing & Director of Services where applicable.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 3 + years' experience in sales, tenant representation or related business development role.

Licensed real estate sales person in DC, MD or VA, or ability to obtain and maintain real estate sales person's license.

Experience with Costar a plus.

Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite
