Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blue Acorn. We have been one of the nations biggest providers of COVID relief loans, and we need help supporting this pandemic. You will be responsible for helping customers by responding to emails of customers who are experiencing trouble with their loans.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the loans and services
Troubleshoot and resolve loan issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Qualifications:
Quick thinker, Highschool diploma required
Ability to write professional emails
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
