Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year for MA Mental Health Practitioner, $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year for MA Mental Health Professional, $2,000.00 hiring bonus ($1,000.00 at 30 days of hire and $1,000.00 at 6 months of hire) This is a full time position.

Join our multidisciplinary Community Mental Health & Wellness team at Wilder in providing clinical service delivery that supports our community's mental wellness, critical to Wilder's mission of improving lives today and for generations to come!

The Wilder Foundation Outpatient Program is recruiting for a Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Master's Level LP) or practitioner working towards licensure (clinical supervision provided) to provide mental health assessments and therapy to children and families in a clinic and/or community based setting.

As part of a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), this person will provide assessments and therapy on a multidisciplinary team that is implementing a new and innovative way of delivering mental health services.

Families served are from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for working with young children/youth and their families.

We are a Rule 29 Clinic and candidates must maintain clinical, billing and other required documentation per agency guidelines.

Eligible federal loans may also qualify for deferment through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF). Job Qualifications Licensed Mental Health Professional/Practitioner required - Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Counseling.

Social work practitioners must have an LGSW.

Preferred 2 years of related mental health assessment/therapy experience with children diagnosed as ED/SED.

Experience with children from birth to 6 and their families is preferred, experience with children ages 6 to 12 is required.

It is preferred you have completed DC:05 and ECSII training through DHS; it is required you complete DC:05 and ECSII training upon hire.

Training/Competence in trauma informed treatments required.
