Who we are

Bay Cities Pet Hospital, a successful and beautiful, small animal practice is looking for a full-time Veterinarian to join general practice.

We are an established modern and well-equipped veterinary hospital, and boarding. We have digital X-rays and digital dental X-rays, surgery monitoring equipment, and an in-house lab. Since 1958, Bay Cities Pet Hospital has provided quality animal care to the South Bay community. Today, we combine a legacy of experience with the latest technology in veterinary medicine to look after the four-footed members of your family.

Bay Cities Pet Hospital operates on appointments and is a full-service veterinary hospital with convenient hours Monday thru Saturday. At Bay Cities Pet Hospital, we take pride in providing the best in modern veterinary medical services coupled with compassion. We conduct wellness exams for new puppies and kittens, routine checkups for old family friends; dental care, bathing, and vaccinations to keep your pets clean and healthy, and diagnostic exams and surgeries.

The Ideal Candidate would be willing and able to help grow the practice by offering excellent preventative care, performing routine surgery and dentistry, recommending appropriate and detailed case workups, providing thorough client communication and community outreach.

Experience & Skills Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.

State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date.

Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL range starting at $140,000/year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
