Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in the beauty/fashion industry. This role will be instrumental in driving sales growth and enhancing brand visibility through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of beauty/fashion industry expertise, sales acumen, and marketing savvy.

Key Responsibilities

Work together with the founder on designing sales and marketing strategies to drive and expand revenue growth and increase profitability.

Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries, setting appointments, and managing client relationships from initial contact to the closing of the deal and toward further relationship stages.

Organize & strategize outreach campaigns on email & social channels and cold call (no leads generation).

Organize and strategize marketing posts on LinkedIn and Instagram.

Assist in systemizing, updating CRM, and proposal design.

Keeping a finger on the pulse of the industry: identifying opportunities, issues, and trends to help our business stay on the forefront of innovation.

We are a metrics-driven environment. You will be responsible for driving activity and achieving attainable KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1 year or more of experience in the beauty/fashion industry, preferably in sales and marketing roles.

Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and experience in cultivating and managing client relationships.

Versatile marketing skills, including proficiency in digital marketing techniques and campaign management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for the beauty/fashion industry and a desire to succeed.
