This position is open to any experience level even new graduates, although the ideal candidate has 5-6 years of experience with a surgical interest. If a candidate has other interests to explore the team are happy to support this. Client numbers are progressing fast with around 125 new patients every month so the business is on an upward growth curve currently. With numerous fantastic online reviews this is a well supported independent practice.
Culturally with a system of support with mistakes supported and taught to re-evaluate with how to progress from them. This is very much a democracy with everyone having a say opposed to heavier corporate led hierarchies.
The practice has all modern equipment cloud based software, digital Xray, ultrasound, idexx systems, dental equipment and if they don't have it they will buy it.
The owner has decades of experience both in the independent and corporate world so is well placed to blend all the benefits of these systems and he will quite honestly say this is the best site and location he has ever worked through.
Salary starting from $150k with 21% bonus with relocation bonus if necessary. Salary will be tailored to the individual and the candidate will have substantial opportunity to increase their earnings by building the client base and through potential ownership equity.
The business is looking to progress into the critical care business sector so could support someone with that experience and the owner is looking to retire in 3-4 years hence someone who is serious about potential ownership.
