We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Escort Coordinator with a Top-Secret security clearance to join our dedicated team.

Job Summary:

As a Cleared Escort Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the secure movement of personnel within classified environments. Your primary duty will be to ensure that cleared personnel are properly escorted and monitored while accessing sensitive areas. This role requires strict adherence to security protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the movement of cleared personnel within secure facilities, ensuring compliance with security regulations and procedures.

Verify the security clearances of individuals requiring access to classified areas and maintain accurate records of clearance levels.

Monitor access points to classified areas and ensure that only authorized personnel enter designated spaces.

Liaise with security personnel, facility managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate escorting activities and resolve any security-related issues.

Provide guidance and training to personnel on security procedures and protocols, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Maintain detailed records of escorted personnel, including entry and exit times, destinations, and any incidents or deviations from standard procedures.

Respond promptly to security incidents or alarms, following established procedures to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of personnel and sensitive information.

Job Requirements

Active security clearance at Top Secret or above is required.

5 years of experience in security or related field, with a strong understanding of classified environments and escorting procedures.

Ability to meticulously follow security protocols and maintain accurate records.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make quick and effective decisions in high-pressure situations.

Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Willingness to work non-standard hours and respond to security incidents as needed.
