Culinary Director

The Willows Premier Retirement Community for Active Adults at Medway is seeking an experienced Culinary Director to join our fun and dedicated Culinary Team to oversee all aspects if the dining services at our Premier Retirement and Assisted Living Community.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience.

Must be ServSafe Certified

Must be Certified in Food Allergy Awareness

Comprehensive Knowledge of all areas of Food Service Operations.

Ability to positively interact with personnel, residents and family members.

Ability to make decisions and adapt plans when crises occur.

Proficient knowledge of food handling, equipment, menu planning, meal service, basic nutrition, sanitation and personnel management.

Ability to understand and manage a budget

Excellent communication skills

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred.
