COOK 1 - BANQUETS

Our Culinary team at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and creative Banquets Cook 1. You will be responsible for the preparation and execution of our cuisine in our banquet kitchen.

Background in luxury kitchens, with quality volume experience.

Scratch cooking, exceptional, creative and technical knife skills preferred with knowledge of statutory requirements regarding health and safety, sanitation, proper chemical usage, fire procedures, and HACCP.

Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.

Ability to be a clear thinker that remains calm and resolves problems using good judgment.

Ability to work well under pressure of meeting production schedules and timelines.

Ability to work with all products and ingredients involved.
