The ideal candidate for this position has previous cooking experience, enjoys working in a busy team environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. We are a beautiful, smaller Healthcare facility located in Neptune, NJ with a great team atmosphere. We are looking for a Part Time Relief Cook to join our great cooking team. Early Mornings and every other weekend off! Great hours for a Cook's position. Great benefits!

Shifts will vary from 11am - 7pm and 6am - 2pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Cook and serve meals

· Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours

· Understanding and reading recipes

· Some dish room responsibilities

· Following State and Federal Healthcare regulations

· Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift

QUALIFICATIONS

· HACCP knowledge

· Serv-Safe Certification (preferred)

· Minimum 2+ years Cooking experience
