We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our Streatery Back of House team, where you can be a part of an exciting, family-owned Hospitality and Entertainment company, Project 2231.

Responsibilities:

MAINTAINS DAILY SANITATION STANDARDS

- Complete assigned prep work, including setting up Back of House for daily operations and checking labels and expiration dates of products.

- Set out sanitation buckets with white towels.

- Requisition products on a timely basis and operate and maintain equipment properly.

- Clean and sanitize throughout the shift.

PREPARES FOOD FOR GUESTS

- Ensure that all prepared food meets the standard of excellence.

- Follow recipe procedures to maintain a high-quality and consistent product.

- Pizza cooks are responsible for order tickets reaching the Lead/Expo for announcement to the BOH team. Maintain a safe and sanitized work environment, stocking the pizza station with fresh products.

- Fry Cooks prepare all fryer-related products, adhering to product sensitivities and plate presentations, ensuring high-quality prepared foods. Keep the fryers clean through a filtering rotation of fry oil.

- Prepare pizza dough following dough-making procedures.

COMMUNICATES

- Report to the BOH Manager.

- Communicate with the Party Team on all party orders.

- Execute party room orders in a timely fashion.

OPERATES BY TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH STANDARDS

- Ensure proper rotation of all products and stock products to par.

- Label, day dot, and sign all products.

- Keep the immediate supervisor informed of problems, unusual matters of significance, and take corrective action promptly when necessary.

- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner, following established company policies.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and completing BOH duties.

- Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately.

- Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**

- Great personality, customer service skills, professionalism, positive communication.

- Confidence, organization, planning, enthusiasm.

- Basic knowledge of food preparation and pizza making, as well as culinary essentials, is helpful.
