The Ingleside Hotel and Conference Center in Pewaukee is seeking a full-time Sous Chef. Requires experience in high-volume banquets/restaurants. This person will play a vital role in all aspects of food production and food safety. Assist Executive Chef in overseeing all areas of the culinary operation including cooking, cost control, kitchen safety. This is a salaried position, primarily evenings and weekends with some flexibility to work AM hours. We are looking for a strong team leader to help train and direct the work of our amazing kitchen team. Salary $55-60k; full benefits: health, dental, vision, life, short & long term disability, 401k. Experience working with and creating successful teams

Experience in high-volume kitchen including preparation of plated and buffet-style meals for weddings, meetings and other events

Prior experience in a hotel preferred

Serv-Safe certified or the ability to complete the certification within 60 days of hire.

Flexible schedule including AM and PM hours, weekends and holidays

Regularly stand, walk, talk, carry, bend, stoop, turn and lift in excess of thirty-five (35) pounds.
