Roosters MGC is a Regis brand offering all types of grooming services for today's modern man.

Management candidate should have at least 2-3 years of salon management experience doing scheduling, training, marketing and business development functions.

Candidate will be responsible for servicing customers as well.

Benefits: * Team environment * Elegant store * Great location with high traffic volume * Management training * Very aggressive compensation Responsibilities & Requirements: * Licensed in the State of MD * Possession of good technical skills * Willingness to follow proven processes * Professional demeanor * Excellent communication skills * Able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends * Must have good computer skills (word and excel) * Prior Management experience managing a group of 6+ employees * Willing to work hard, build relationships and assist in growing customer base * Will be responsible for providing services to customers and managing all aspects of the business (Revenue/product goals, daily shop operations, staffing/scheduling, education initiatives, and business development). Excel personally and professionally at Roosters Men's Grooming Center.
