We are seeking a creative and experienced digital engagement and marketing professional to help grow our digital presence and deepen our relationships with our clients and members by improving their customer journey. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online visibility, customer/member engagement, revenue growth, and building a compelling brand identity through content creation, website design and curation, and integration of CRM tools to deliver an enhanced user experience across our online platforms. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader and strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record in B2G digital engagement, communications, and marketing strategies.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week on-site in Somerset County.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategies for the creation, launch, and ongoing management of a fully integrated, multichannel communication and digital engagement capability across our online landscape.

Leverage a deep understanding of the latest technologies and platforms in the market relative to content delivery and the design of website customer portals to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.

Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers (i.e. website developer, platform providers, content creators, and digital marketers).

Provide creative direction and curate compelling content across various digital channels, including websites, email, social media, and advertising campaigns to promote our brand, services, and strategic priorities.

Drive SEO strategy to increase visibility and organic search rankings.

Establish KPIs for content effectiveness, monitor performance, and adapt strategies to meet or exceed objectives.

Identify new tools and platforms that can enhance our client and member digital experience and improve the delivery of our services.

Oversee the digital content calendar, ensuring timely publication and distribution of materials.

Manage digital marketing and communications budget and resources for optimal ROI.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

7+ years of experience with developing and implementing customer digital experience strategies and launching and improving digital experience platforms; 5 years of experience with defining and leading digital content strategies and alignment with best practices; 5 years of experience with web analytics tools in support of digital experiences. Prior social media management experience is a must.

A proven track record of delivering successful customer digital experience strategies and is able to show an inspiring portfolio representing the great digital experiences you have helped to build from those strategies, along with the impact on your customers.

Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, including but not limited to email, websites, digital media programs, paid search, SEO, social media, mobile apps, CRM, and measurement/insight generation.

Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to assess business results of marketing tactics, define appropriate metrics/KPIs, and maximize the value of our marketing investment.

Demonstrated ability to prepare clear, concise, and persuasive communications for multiple audiences and multiple levels, including demonstrating effective writing and presentation skills.

Ability to go deep into the details as warranted. Both a planner and a "doer."

Motivated self-starter capable of working independently and on a collaborative team. Must be capable of taking initiative and willing to pitch in on other projects when needed.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
