We are looking for a talented Content Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will create compelling messaging for all marketing channels, playing a key role in shaping our brand voice and ensuring consistency across platforms.

** This position is 5 days fully onsite a week in Morris County, NJ **

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement content strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.

Create engaging and persuasive messaging for all marketing channels, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, advertising materials, press releases, case studies, and product descriptions.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and product development teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand values and offerings.

Manage content creation for the website, print collateral, email, social media, and other marketing materials.

Develop content strategies for each industry targeted by the company, ensuring messaging resonates with each audience’s needs and preferences.

Tailor messaging and content for industry-specific applications.

Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends to guide content development and strategy.

Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery across all platforms.

Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Stay updated with best practices in content marketing and contribute innovative ideas to enhance content initiatives.

Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and style guidelines across all marketing materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

5+ years of proven experience in content creation, preferably in a marketing or advertising role.

Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content management systems.

Proficiency in content management principles and best practices.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive content strategy decisions.

Must be able to commute five days a week onsite.
