Company is targeting high-growth and affluent metropolitan areas to build. Revenues are increasing over 100% year-over-year. There are multiple real estate development projects (>$250 million) scheduled for completion in 2024 and 2025, and 20+ projects in the pipeline (2026-2028).
OPPORTUNITY: Join an incredibly talented, passionate, and empowering executive team. This organization is bringing marketing in-house. As the Head of Marketing, build and architect the corporate branding and marketing function to support investor relations and leasing business development efforts.
Provide strategic marketing direction in targeted metropolitan areas to build awareness and support leasing efforts
Create and deliver high-quality, customized presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition and services offered
Create a team environment that empowers and encourages creativity, innovation, accountability and continuous improvement
Implement and promote a best-in-class business development and marketing platform driving revenue growth and client engagement
Oversee and manage digital marketing initiatives, including client website development, social media presence, email campaigns, etc.
Attend client meetings as needed and offer an exceptional level of service and support
REQUIREMENTS: 10+ years of corporate branding and marketing experience ideally across multiple metropolitan areas. Experience working with ultra-high net worth individuals and corporations.
Proven track record of leading and managing the development and implementation of creative initiatives
Significant experience and practical expertise in marketing, strategy, and visual design, as well as a high competency for managing a team on the most complex of projects
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills, and a detail-oriented approach to problem solving
Commercial/residential real estate preferred
COMPENSATION: Base salary up to $250,000, plus large annual incentives (cash and equity). Opportunity for a large equity position as part of the offer letter.
