Overview: As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms. Your primary goal will be to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads in the B2B space. Leveraging your expertise in social media management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and maximizing our digital impact.

** 5 Days a week fully onsite in Morris County, NJ **

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to amplify brand visibility and engagement.

Create and curate compelling content tailored to our target audience, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry best practices.

Cultivate and nurture our B2B social media presence, fostering meaningful connections with key stakeholders and industry influencers.

Monitor social media trends and analytics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and digital trends, exploring innovative ways to enhance our social media performance.

Lead the ideation, creation, and execution of digital and social content across various platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry-specific forums.

Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, refining strategies based on performance metrics and audience feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

5+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B context.

Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive engagement.

Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.

Demonstrated ability to stay abreast of industry trends and translate insights into effective strategies.

Content Creation and management.

Creative mindset with a passion for digital storytelling and content creation.

Proven track record of successful ideation and execution of social media campaigns.

Technology proficient with a strong grasp of digital marketing tools and platforms.
