Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with a background in real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Perform financial analysis and modeling.

Creating financial reports

Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess the viability of investment opportunities in various real estate sectors and geographic locations.

Analyze property-level financial statements, operating metrics, and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, including variance analysis

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators that may impact real estate markets and investment strategies.

Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed to support the broader objectives of the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, MBA or CFA designation is a plus.

2-5 years of experience in financial analysis

Strong proficiency in financial modeling with advanced Excel skills.

Real estate background preferred

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.

Proficiency in real estate software and databases (e.g., Argus, CoStar, Yardi) is a plus.
