We are seeking a Copy Editor with pharmaceutical industry experience to join our team and play a pivotal role in creating compelling and informative content. This role will work on site in our Conshohocken office.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the reviewing and refining of content, in both digital and print tactics, to the approval of Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) committees. Additionally, you may be asked to research and edit high-quality content that is on time, optimized, and meets our editorial standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail to help uphold the accuracy and integrity of healthcare content and be a team-oriented individual who will proactively seek to contribute in ways that show commitment and gumption.
Technical Expertise
Advises on proper grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure
Consistently manages content across multiple brand pieces
Print proof review
Digital (emails, interactive visual aids (IVA), websites, etc) proof review
Attention to detail; review documents for accuracy, style consistency, punctuation, and references

Education
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English, or another writing-intensive field preferred
Experience
5 years preferred experience working in advertising, marketing, or a related field
Experience within pharmaceutical and/or healthcare marketing
Experience with Veeva Vault platform (PromoMats and CRM) preferred
Experience reviewing documents for accuracy, style consistency, punctuation, and references
