Job description:
Develop and manage relationships with primary care physicians, endocrinologist, nephrologist, cardiologists for selling Remote Patient Monitoring, and Chronic Care Management System & Services.
Responsible for the ownership of the HWS’s customer interface with an emphasis on developing key relationships
Helping and developing processes that help your customers to successfully Register patients in RPM and CCM services.
Work closely with the HWS management, marketing & technical team for sales execution
Understand challenges, propose HWS solution, services & value propositions
Develop relationships with peers, share success stories for faster sales execution.
Qualify CRM opportunities on monthly basis
Attend weekly sales meeting with management
Daily Reporting is Required
Attend exhibitions or road shows in his region when required
Focus on continuous business improvement
3-5 years of business relationship experience with local independent primary care physicians, endocrinologist, nephrologist, cardiologists.
Fast learner & Self-starter who takes the initiatives in approaching care facilities
Demonstrated skills in retaining relationship and building new one in short timelines
Excellent presentation skills, professional communication at any level to drive sales
Proven ability to meet deadlines
Excellent assertiveness and decision-making skills
Exceptional teamwork skills
Medical Sales & relationship experience a plus
Ability to work independently to continually grow territory and manage the current book of business.
Field Based sales position, travel within territory required, travel outside territory as assigned or approved by the sales director.
Compensation Package: Total Compensation $92K
Compensation Fixed : US $60,000 + US Bonuses up to $8,000 per QTR up to 32k per year.
Quarterly/Annual Success Bonuses
