Certified Recruiter
Reports to: Student CEO in Bamboo
Duties and responsibilities:
Assist in successfully filling open postings for Bev Ex at assigned cafes
Schedule open time slots for interviews with Head of Area Operations
Conduct interviews with candidates
Follow up with feedback and recommended next steps post-interviews
Assist in recruiting events including table days, classroom presentations, and other opportunities to attract new talent to the cafe
Ensure a positive recruiting experience for all candidates
Communicate with your C.E.O. and Head of Area Operations to ensure consistent and timely interview process
Maintain current knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in recruiting and the cafe’s targets for diversity in hiring
Maintain operational responsibilities and knowledge during time spent working on reqs
