Responsibilities:
Deal with luxury brands and tenant accounts
Manage lease documentation and administrative tasks for daily operation
Handle special renovation projects and liaise with contractors
Connect with all departments and third party business partners
Handle administration and maintenance of lease data management system
Compile monthly financial analysis and reports
Requirements:
One to two years of background or experience related to luxury industry preferred
Excellent verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
Detail-minded, pleasant and outgoing
