Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Execution: Efficiently manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.

* Technical Tools: Skillfully use project management software such as Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project to monitor project progress.

* Team Coordination: Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, encouraging their growth and development.

* Client Engagement: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and they are regularly updated on project progress.

* Quality and Compliance: Enforce strict quality controls and adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

* Experience: At least 6 years of experience in managing mechanical construction projects, with a background in sectors such as hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings.

* Technical Proficiency: Strong capability with tools like Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project.

* Local Insight: Ideal candidates will be from Hawaii or ready to relocate from the west coast with a stable career background.

* Preferred Experience: Experience with well-known mechanical contractors is a plus.
