Role Description
This is a full-time on-site/remote hybrid role for a Senior Account Executive at Managed By CST. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting CST's solutions to potential clients, and negotiating contracts.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or account management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of information technology and managed services
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work well in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Compensation
The Senior Account Executive position is a full-time salary plus commission position. In addition to an established base salary, this position will reward successful client engagements with generous sales-based commissions that do not have any caps or ceilings. In addition to this, CST offers all staff a comprehensive benefits package, including matching 401K, profit sharing, medical/dental, and paid holidays/vacation.
